Training and Grading in Portugal November 2008

The Intensive Training and Chinese Wushu Grading in Portugal starting from 18th to 25th November 2008 are organized by Chen Style Tai Chi Centre and China Wushu Association, it is also joined by other Tai Chi schools from Spain, France, Italy, Ireland, Greece…, and local Tai Chi Centre in Porto. Master Liming was Head Judge on Seni London Wushu Open Competition

Master Liming Yue was invited as a Head Judge for Seni London Wushu Open Competition on 26/27th April 2008; During the Tai Chi competition a group of students from the Centre took part in the competition and achieved an excellent result; Aamir Rafi has won both form and weapon gold, Dan Chisholm has won both form and weapon silver, Garry has won weapon brown.

Tai Chi feature was on TV - Channel M

A TV shoot with the Centre for a Tai Chi feature on the show Zeitgeist was filmed by the producer, Paul Barron in April 2007. The Tai Chi feature was broadcasted on Sunday, 28th October – 9:40pm by Manchester Channel M. It covers Qigong, Tai Chi Form, Weapon, Push Hands and Application for Health and Martial Arts. The Dvd copy is available for those people who took part in the program. Please ask for Master Liming Yue for your free copy. Silk Reeling Energy DVD has been released and it becomes the most popular one!

The video footage was filmed in a professional studio in China with the latest DVD authoring techniques enabling you to navigate and watch the DVD easily and efficiently. Congratulation to the new Instructors!

On completion of the Tai Chi Eleven Form Instructor course there were 15 people have successfully passed the assessment and received their instructor certificate from the Centre today. We wish every new instructor will enjoy the journey of teaching and promotting the Chen Style Tai Chi to benefit many people in the world.
